I purchased two of their $3.99 torches the first one stopped working after a week, and the second one didn't work the moment I purchased it and brought it home; not to mention that there was no fluid in it when I purchased it. Also when I tried to return the first one the same cashier that sold it to me denied me to exchange it or get my money back. I haven't even gone back to return the second one yet I just kind of gave up when I returned the first one or I should say I tried to return the first one. I just handed it to him and told him he can throw it away himself seems how I couldn't get my money back or exchange it; needless to say I was pissed! The only reason I continue to shop there is because they're close to home and they don't ask for my ID. I'm more than old enough, I just don't have an ID...

Wouldn't say this store is in a safe area, in fact it would be best to do all your business here during the daytime. A lot of shady individuals going in and out as well as some taking care of business right outside. With that being said on the positive note the employees/owner are all wonderful, very nice, helpful, honest and willing to watch females that are alone, get safely to there cars. I live in Grand Haven but still drive over here once a week to cash my paycheck. All in all shady area but...
