Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Muskegon

Do not try and order online. I ordered a delivery order, a fairly large one. After waiting about an hour 15 and trying to call the driver, I called the store. The store told me they never received my order. I then called the help line, they called the store and said they never got my order. At this point my kids are starving and very restless. I was told "This is weird and has never happened before". I had order confirmation numbers, payment information and all the receipts. I was just told they would cancel the order and to try again. Which of course I did not do online. I went to the store and ordered in person. All said and done, it took over 2 and a half hours to get 4 pizzas and crazy bread. I must say, the staff in the store were extremely helpful and apologetic and tried to make up for my inconvenience, which was not satisfactory to what I had to deal with. However, they did try with the capabilities they have. I am still wondering if it was a case of them "not getting" the order. That being said, I will never use their online...

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered online, was supposed to get an email once my pizza was put into their "pizza portal" . The email never came so I just went there. It turns out the pizza had been sitting there for awhile but they never did whatever they were supposed to do for me to get the email. So I get my pizza and cinnamon bites that I drove all the way across town to get. Get home, open the pizza box just to find a complete mess! Three of the pieces were folded in half in the box, the crust was overly thick in some spots and paper thin in others and half the pizza barely had any cheese on it. Then comes the cinnamon bites. I figured surely there was no way to screw those up right...wrong! The cinnamon bites had been made with GARLIC BUTTER instead of regular butter, yuck! The only response from the manager was I could drive back and they'd make me a new one, no thanks! I will not go back to that little...

Debbie, the manager on laketon is rude, belligerent, and snotty. She made me walk out to my car for 2 Penny's the first time I was there. The second visit she ran my order up wrong because she misheard what I said and then proceeded to blame it on me. I was amazed by how rude this woman was . I've never seen such terrible customer service. It blew my mind when I found out she was the manager! Holy smokes...if your thinking about going to little Caesars I highly recommend driving to one of the other local stores . Trust me . It's not worth dealing with her. for some reason this lady goes to work angry and takes it out on her customers . I dont know if she was just acting like that because of the strong odor of alcohol I was smelling or if that's just normal for her to treat people like that. Either way she's just plain rude.
