I've been a Domain Industries customer for over a decade and had no issues with them until now. I ordered a Pfister kitchen faucet that turned out to be defective. I asked for a replacement for the defective faucet and it took them 2 weeks to get back to me and tell me to take it up with Pfister, which I did. Pfister was not only unhelpful they were using a overseas call center and the CSR was impossible to understand. When I brought this to the attention of Domain Industries Customer Service Manager Jared Matthews he ghosted me.
