I would give a -5 if i could to this location and not for the employees but for the manager in charge at the time of mu visit “Miriam” an offer that was clearly showing in the dg app was not going thru and to start the manager was not in the store i had to wait 10 kins for her because the employee she left incharge did jot know how to fix it. Miriam came in and she knew i had been waiting for her, she walked in and did jot acknowledge me at all, I had to ask her if she had a minute, she told me she was busy and walked back. Then i kept waiting thinking she might just going to put the money she had in her hands in the office and was going to come out and talk to me. Well NO she stayed in the office, the cashier was helping a long line of customers and when she got done she looked at me and said” she still hasn’t come out to talk to you? I said NO And she went to knock on the office door and the manager yelled at her “ open the door and come in here” mind u i can hear everything she said “Im not dealing with that tell “””” the cashier that she had left in charged before that could NOT help me. Then I got on the phone with corporate and thats when she came out of the office and started asking me questions .and since i could not talk to her and the corporate lady Miriam said “ Ok let her help you since you are talking to her already” refering to the corp person.    Read moreSept 28 : I came for a return, I asked the guy(key carrier I believe) if I could do a return on an item I bought broken he said yes, the little girl(same one from my previous review) at the register right away with an attitude said I can’t do a return without a receipt(which the other guy sold me the item and never gave me a receipt) I told her that i wasn’t given one, she called the manager and she said no, I said okay but then she proceeded “whisper” to the other guy that if there wasn’t other people inside she would’ve said something to me?? That girl makes the store look bad!! she’s always rude, on her phone and lazy! Always telling people to use the self checkout(rudely).

   Read moreI went into to get a few things before heading out. I was embarrassed as a customer who use to be a Customer Relations Manager for the customers who had to come in here and for employees who either didn't care to take care of the place better or was either under staffed. The store looked like a tornado hit it in some places and the. Hardly any room to get to the doors of stuff in cold section. Then empty packages on floor like keep it picked up. Not too hard. I know at times it happens and customers come in at bad times but this isn't the first time I have walked into this store to get stuff. Really makes me wonder if management doesn't care what the store looks like or what the customer thinks about the store as long as they spend money. Please someone do something to fix this.
