I purchased 4 vapes the disposable ones. I have purchased a lot of the disposable vapes here with no complaints. This particular purchase when I bought the 4 disposable vapes two of them right out of the box didn’t work at all. It was impossible to suck any air or anything else from the two vapes completely defective straight out of the box. The other two worked for five minutes tops. When returning to try and exchange them was told that they have a no exchange policy and there was nothing they could do. Also told that if I would have returned them the same day maybe they could have done something. I purchased them close to closing time and who would go through 4 vapes in one day to discover two were completely inoperative. It is very disappointing that nothing would be done to replace the two defective vapes because now I will never shop there again after being a regular customer and not just vapes other merchandise as well. Poor...

So as I arrived to Happy Glass today an elderly customer was having issues understanding his change because he was sick star was doing a great job explaining but the customer still got very angry she handled the situation very professionally got the customer taken care of turned to me with a brand new smile a perky beautiful attitude and took care of all my needs all always go there better prices on there water pipes Up n Smoke! I have bought 4 so far.
