I lost a $1000.00 ac unit because the neutral wire up near the transformer was loose which caused the unit to burn up and when I called about reimbursement since it was their fault, I got the run around. They directed me to the person who is SUPPOSED to handle these issues and of course all I got was a "leave me a message". This person has never returned my phone call. I guarantee that if I didn't have my light bill paid when due, they'd have no problem turning it off because I hadn't paid, but when the issues are on their end and damages occur all you get...

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They are notorious for shutting your lights off when they shouldn’t be off! Fixing the problem temporarily only to turn around and screw you over the next bill. They will then credit the account and bill you for the monthly bill plus the amount they are crediting you for. This company is a joke! If you speak with them make sure you do as myself and husband do and Record everything! But when you call corporate even though everything is in the notes they’re gonna tell you they’re not...

I wish this business didnt exist Expensive and bad customer service. I was told i use less and sometimes the same usuage as last year compared to this year and now i am paying twice as much on my bill. The represenative said their rates went down from last year and rushed me off the phone... they obviously need to be investigated. Its all together a bad company and full of lies.
