Don't look for OREMC to accept responsibility for damages incurred that were determined to be THEIR fault! I lost a $1000.00 ac unit because the neutral wire up near the transformer was loose which caused the unit to burn up and when I called about reimbursement since it was their fault, I got the run around. They directed me to the person who is SUPPOSED to handle these issues and of course all I got was a "leave me a message". This person has never returned my phone call.
