Internet speeds are alright BUT the people who work here are lazy. They don't want to do their job and make excuses as to why you don't need to upgrade. Not to mention they LIE to you until they realize that you know more than their techs who also continue to make excuses. I wanted to upgrade to fiber (which is far more reliable and stable) and was told it would be free to do so when a technician had to come out and replace the cable to CAT5 connector (even after I was threatened that I was going to have to pay a fee because "nothing is wrong"). Not to mention the tech tried to lie to me and say " Your already running fiber" which the average person would have said "oh okay" is just plain wrong and bad buisness pratice...
This is the unfortunate reality of only having a VERY small option base for your ISP... I just don't understand why they don't want their customers to be satisfied...
I would gladly change this if they would actually stand by their word and help their customers out like they ought to but they don't seem very...

So when I received a call that same or next day I was surprised they could come out. The tech said would it be the same installation as before? I explained I wanted it in the small office/garage on property. So when I returned home from work I discovered the box had been put in wrong area. I called and spoke with them but the supervisor was out. So I asked her to call me,however she was on vacation that next week. I never received a call and the account was not noted. So even though I had account not even 45days I figured I would have gotten something fixed. Today after on the phone expressing I did not feel I should pay a move fee. Read moreEdit 12/28/18 (2 star to 5 star) They now let you drop the phone line and the price of internet has now dropped. I doubled my speed (50mbs to 100mbs) for less then what is was paying. ($130 for 50mbs & phone. Now $99 for 100mbs)

Staff are always friendly, good service however the prices are way to high, they "make" you get a phone line even if you want internet only. We don't even have our phone hooked up nor do we even know the number yet we still pay for it. Setup/moving fees are really high and the speeds to price is very high. We pay double for half the speeds we got with Comcast/Xfinity. They have no competition so they can set what...
