👉🤬 UGH... this POS unprofessional place here is not worth stopping or wasting your time. The guy here by the name of GERRADO was so very DISREPECTFUL to me & my daughter & grandsons. When we went in we first used the rest room what was sooo very dirty & disgusting and not clean. 🤮 We then wanted to shop and buy ALOT of stuff that we were intrested in purchasing but NOTHING had prices on them so we asked the ONE & ONLY ENGLISH SPEAKING gal there what the prices were and that there was no prices on ANYTHING and why...and she said Oh we don't put any prices on anything anymore because our machine broke. 🙄 So I asked well then how are we suppose to know what the prices are so we know if we want to buy it. She said Oh just bring it up to the counter and I'll ring it up for you and if you don't want it I'll put it back. So while we still shopped we were going to get something to eat the lady couldn't even understand one word we were even asking 🙄 she just kept on repeating herself that a small cup of horchata was $1 for every ounce 🙄 ( So we asked...so just for a small cup 12oz it would be $12 she said si...we told her to forget it that it was to pricey and to for get it. The meat looked so old dried up bloody & hard like its been sitting there for weeks/ decades 🤮 so we passed on buying that. We asked to look at the small earrings at the counter the earrings were so gross & old with matted on gunk & rusted black stuff on them that we couldn't even get the backs off the earrings so we said no Thanks we will pass on those. The fat unprofessional owner was so rude, mean, hateful, and disrespectful towards us and grabbed all of our stuff that we were going to purchase and threw it in a cart and said that he didn't want to sell us any of that stuff so he took the candy away from my grandsons and says no buy this either and told us to leave. We were treated with such hatefulness & disrespect for " NO REASON "🤬 and he was rude towards us all because we had asked what the prices were & why the meat looked like it did and why the earrings had black mold crust on them. 😡 We were told that we weren't the only ones he's mistreated and acted like this to that he has done this to ALOT of HIS CUSTOMERS. and that he needs to be reported because of his behavior and what he does with the chips, salsa & beans that the customers don't eat and leave on the tables/ he reuses them again.!! 🤮 UGH YUCK...I'm so glad that we ended up not eating there nor buying anything from him. he is over priced, very hateful and disrespectful towards his customers and towards kids as well. he is very UNPROFESSIONAL at his own job and the place is very dirty and unsanitary. The staff that work there look like they are afraid of him from the way he acts and how he treats his own customers. They all need to learn to speak English they are in the USA/ AMERICA they need to learn to communicate with their customers better. 🙄This place is and well be reported. I would never ever eat at this place nor buy anything from him. Also would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Much better places then this gross & nasty DUMP..!! This place don't deserve NO STARS. 🤮😡🤡💩 Shut this nasty place...

IF I COULD, I'D GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS. This place both their customer service and food left much to be desired. I went in thinking I'll give it a try - a new place a new experience. Boy was I disappointed. Their menu does not describe what you order. Nor does their cashier ask if certain ingredients are wanted or not. My son ordered a carne asada quesadilla. When we received the quesadilla it had shredded lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. What in the world?! Because it was our first time here I explained to the cashier/waitress that the menu item did not describe the ingredients added. Would she please change the order for us. She indicated she'd have to ask someone else. This guy ringing up the store comes over and tells me as the waitress brings out my taco order and tells me "We'll charge you for this quesadilla - make you a new one, and charge you again." Mind you, we'd not touched the food. I kept my cool and told him - please understand your menu does not describe the item, nor did the person taking the order describe you add sour cream, tomato, and lettuce. It's our first time here - so we had no idea. Guy then says "too bad we still have to charge you. What do I tell the owner of why the quesadilla was not eaten?" I asked him to reconsider, said nope, and if I wanted to add something else, or change the order he'd charge me. I "PAID" for food I did NOT eat as the guy said I couldn't leave without food I'd not touched. I was hungry, very upset but kept my composure. I told the guy I'd be leaving a restaurant review and he insisted "that's not fair of you to do that you didn't eat the food!". I told him "you're refusing to change the order, you're charging me, and have some sort of expectation that my experience was good! - SMH BAD SERVICE,...

If I could give no stars I would do not eat at this location or recommended it. There’s a barbecue chicken stand in the front and a separate restaurant inside, which I could not purchase the chicken in the front, and eat inside the restaurant, but I can purchase the food inside and eat inside of the restaurant, I asked the manager the cashier if I can eat the chicken I had just purchased outside . Mine knew there was six of my family members that had just purchased. Food inside manager. Insulted me told me I was nstupid in Spanish. All of this. and it the food inside. I went outside to talk to the lady and get the name of my location and the manager started cursing at me insulting me, telling me I was stupid. I was a troublemaker. then he advanced and close the door to the restaurant so I couldn’t go back in and nobody can come in or out. I had to convince my son not to call the fire department because I didn’t want to harm them because he had locked out one of the exit doors.. not only was the meat cutter manager rude to me. He went inside he insulted me he told me I was just troublemaker and call me some Spanish words that I don’t know how to translate into English, but me and my family were nice and paid our bill and we walked. Without charging me a dollar for green and red sauce. The food at the chicken barbecue was delicious incredibly good. I even apologize to the lady because I did not want her to get in trouble.. but as of food that I’ve been doing this for over 10 years. I will tell you not only was the service bad but the food was not good that is not revengeful is justreality.. There are plenty of moms and pops Store. I will recommend you...
