Had my truck since 11am today. I talked to them at 5 and they said it would be done and come on by after he checked with the technician. We raced home from Costco drop my kids off just to find out that it's been there all day and they haven't even touched it. The technician was upset and said nobody talk to me. I'm not sure who the gentleman talk to when I was on hold for about 5 minutes and he came back to say it's all done.I scheduled it on Friday when I was there because they could not help me that day. they said swing buy anytime and drop it off on monday though. They said how about 8,9, 10, I said I don't even pick up my kids till after 10 but I will come by after that. The gentleman said no problem again. Again I said I pick up my children at 10 a.m. but I will try to get it there close to 1030 as possible..He Explained how I could drop it off earlier with a Dropbox, and I said having my vehicle is very important since I need to Drop/pick up my children from two different schools...!!! spent 1300 there. And at the end of tbe day all the guys are pointing the fingers at each other. Lack of communication lack of customer service lack of follow-through . I would not recommend this place if you want any of those things. And at the end of the day I get an email from the owner saying that I was late for my appointment. As far as trying to earn my business back no talks of a credit back to my account for the inconvenience. Nothing as far as an in-store credit. As a general manager myself I know how important customer service is on Yelp reviews Google reviews Etc I would have hoped to have something geared towards TRULLY earning my service back. I don't need the money or the credit but itwould have been nice to see something like that offered. When any of my team drop the ball for the gym I operate. Read moreNOT HAPPY WITH SOUND HOUND!! All I heard was good things about them. How they "back" all of their work and products!!! I love the JVC Stereo and the Alpine speakers I picked out. Heck, I didn't even mind buying the one that was on display!! Since that was the only one..I was so excited to finally have good tunes.Weq Drove from Oregon and hung around town. First call I got was that my speakers aren't the size he originally thought.. I told him the rear are 6 x 9s the first day. Anyways.. he said no extra charge will take place. I was cool with that. Then @45 min.later he called and said that the wires to my rear speakers are broken and need to be repaired. $70.00 a piece but they would cut me a deal for $70 for both. I reluctantly agreed. When I went to pick up my truck the kid showed me a couple of cool things, like hands free talking on the phone and Bluetooth. That's when I realized the stereo was in crooked !!!. I COULD HAVE DONE THAT MYSELF!!.. Turns out it's not on the technician because he used the original bracket. And it was crooked when I got there. He can prove it because the technician didn't even take my dash out because he was afraid it would crack!!. I have this nice stereo and not sure what rear speakers are in there... but I have no clue how to tune it. There are so many settings I don't understand. I am embarrassed for them. You should of called us if there was an issue, we would have gladly double checked our work. We did this work for your boyfriend Josh, he brought back the remote start(in a bag) with our soldered wire connection cut(the proper way to install). He stated that your battery is still going dead..I told him that if this is true than you have a problem else where, He agreed. I gave him a full refund even though it had nothing to do with our remote start!! Now he tells me your mechanic is telling you your brake switch is draining your battery? So just what is the problem? Don't keep guessing, have it checked out. I told Josh that I would test it for a draw for him! I don't Understand your thinking on this, We have offered to help resolve your problem several times...
