It was a great experience till dealing with a warranty claim then it has left a bitter taste in my mouth. The gal was super great and the guys were fabulous helping load first the couches then the cushions when we finally got them. We bought a well know brand that stands behind their warranty and the gal wasn't going to help us at first in getting the cushions replaced (yes things have normal wear and tear but when you haven't owned them 6 months and don't jump or have kids jumping on furniture you figure a malfunction can happen) once I contacted the actual company and sent her their response was when she finally helped us. She claims it was a pain to get the replacements then did nothing but complain about the cost of shipping and said she will not sale that brand anymore and if I have issues I better expect to pay almost half of what those couches cost for shipping. I have since then contacted the company again and they have informed me that is not how it should go or be and to let them know when or if another issue rises and they will either deal directly with me or deal with this place . Yes they have a lot of stuff but don't get anything with a warranty or you will struggle and hear nothing but complaints from the gal. Super disappointed and not impressed with how things wwre handled. But I agree if you don't want to help or be pleasant dealing warranty items then don't sale them. Two weeks later, when we needed to exchange the chair as it is not working for my 100 year old Grandfather, they won't do an exchange. In Kristin’s words “sorry, we can’t fix what isn’t broken”. Come on now, I would never treat a customer that way!!! We were going to purchase an electric chair from them; spend more money. Kristin could care less. I sure hope you never have to deal with an ailing family member Kristin. I support family businesses 100%; however I would tell everyone I know don't shop here, as they do not care one bit about you after you walk out the door. I guess they would rather lose business than make sure a customer is happy. We weren’t asking for a lot. We just wanted to exchange a chair that we bought on 9/3/18. Please I beg you to reconsider shopping here. I am not bitter; I am just surprised that they could really care less about their customers. Read moreThe process of buying was a wonderful experience. Delivery was poor. When we bought the couch, we asked if it could be delivered to Nyssa, Oregon and was told yes. We then asked if they would take the old couch. They told us they don't normally do that, but if the couch was clean, they would take it for us so we did not need to make other arrangements. We thought that was wonderful. However, delivery day came and we were told they would not take the couch. We were now left trying to figure out what to do with the old couch since it would not fit in the apartment. The senior center had a large dumpster that had been brought in for spring cleaning so we asked if they could dispose of it there. They said we cannot do that, so they left it beside the dumpster. As expected, the couch had to be put in the dumpster, so I called my grandson and we drove from Caldwell to Nyssa to put the couch in the dumpster, round trip driving was a little over an hour, to do a task that took about 3 minutes. There was absolutley no reason why the owner of this shop would not allow his delivery men to put the couch in the dumpster. Oh, and the dumpster opened so all they would have had to do was slide it in and shut the door. Very disappointed in the customer service we received.
