Received our lovesac and we love it but.... we cannot get the covers on the side pieces so for a week now we've had a two tone sectional. Lovesac sent new covers for the sides, I received them today, and guess what they still do not fit. I have let customer service know and I am waiting for a solution. I'll be updating this review with the outcome.
Update My customer service rep suggested steaming the side covers to help stretch the fabric. To much relief this helped tremendously. I now have all covers on and we really do love our sactional. Don't get me wrong though this thing was a beast to put together probably not for everyone. Out customer service tep Claire was wonderful through the hole process. Read moreIf you go to this store, make sure you talk to Manny. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I can tell from how fast he answered our questions that he pretty much knows everything about lovesac from heart.
We haven’t gotten our lovesac yet because we got custom covers (we didn’t like the bumpy lines on the covers. So it will take 3-4 weeks and the covers are non-refundable. We understood and took the risk. A lot of people say they love their lovesac. When I search for top furniture company’s love sac is usually on the top 5 list.
