Worst Customer experience ever.

I walked in between noon-1 pm, with a mask on my face, and sanitizer in my pocket. I had a small box i needed wrapped and that was it.

The store was quiet, and empty, which is fine, i understood because the Holidays were over. I approach and greet the two at the desk, and ask if they could please wrap the small box i had. The lady at the register mentioned to me, in a condescending tone that she was busy and she had no time at all to wrap my gift, that it required a 24 hour waiting period. The Store was completely empty with no other customers, except me. I needed to have it wrapped due to time constraints and i could not wait, nor did I want to deal with her attitude anymore. The lady next to her was silent the entire time.

I'm sorry, but when you tell a customer that you have no time, when it literally takes less than 15 minutes to wrap 1 small gift, and the store is empty of anyone else, it paints a clear picture that you do not want to help him/her, and you don't care.

I will not be returning back to Paper Source, as this was a waste of my time,...

Typically this store has what I'm looking for, with prices comparative to Hallmark. I don't mind spending a little extra for better quality or different designs. Unfortunately, I am committed to never coming back to this store or any other Paper Source ever again. I went to return a pack of cards that had dark red envelopes. My pen didn't show up on the envelopes, so I wasted 2 cards, 2 envelopes, 2 stamps, and 2 labels. When I tried to explain this to the associate at the register, she was rude and dismissive. She made a big deal about making this "exception." I got my money back, but felt so awful about the process of getting it back. I had never heard of Paper Source before. I do a lot of calligraphy and go to Hobby Lobby, Jo-Ann's, Michael's, or Blick's for materials, but the one thing I could never get there were envelopes or a large variety of parchment papers. I've recently started doing more work for formal events and need thick, textured envelopes that have a hand-made, personalized feel to it. I felt like everything I needed was right there and I probably wouldn't have to visit other stores for paper and envelope needs, in particular.
