If I could give zero stars I would. There was one sweet girl that has only been there three days that was very helpful however the other Caucasian blonde coworker was giving rude looks to my group from the moment we walked in the door despite me making eye contact and smiling at her. She continued to be extremely rude to the newly hired employee as well as our group, helped another person while I was still waiting, and when I politely mentioned I'm also in line she started being rude and saying she didn't know and that "you all" usually order together and people that sit together order together and that's the restaurants' policy. She wouldn't give us her name and said she didn't have to, wouldn't cancel the one order that had already been placed as given her terrible and rude affect we immediately decided the rest of our party would not be supporting this establishment. When asked who we can talk to she told us to contact the general manager but then wouldn't give us that person's name and wouldn't provide the phone number. We asked how do we place a complaint if she won't give us the phone number and then she told us to call the store in the morning and threatened to call the police - for what?!
Her non verbal facial expressions were extremely unprofessional and her tone unbecoming of anyone, let alone in the service industry. This behavior should not be tolerated by this establishment. Additionally, instead of apologizing to me or anyone in our group, she apologized to the Caucasian older gentlemen that were waiting behind us. And continued to apologize to them and make excuses to get their support of her without acknowledging any wrong doing on her behalf. It absolutely didn't need to be a scene or be handled this way - and she and this establishment need to correct their service and I strongly suggest...
Read moreMan, I really dont like leaving low star reviews but I had a rough experience with a large pickup order. So we ordered about $160 in food. The pulled pork's are decent but the ribs were rough and the meat definitely didnt have the fall-off-the-bone consistency. In fact it was extremely tough. The sides had all been great, good mac n cheese and the brussels sprouts were great. However, was disappointed w/ our main entrees. And honestly, the only reason I am writing this is... when we came in to pick up the order we had to go pour all our sauces. I would have thought w/ a to-go order, esp of that size, that some would have been prepared. The real kicker was our food sat there for a min until we got it w/ no help, even though the hostess-stand had many employees around it (exaggerating some here) but they all just stood there and watched as I poured tons of sauces in those teeny-tiny cups for our guests (like seriously, no help or mention of "let me grab you a bigger container") . The only thing we got was "Yeaaa, we dont pour the sauces, the guests do that" Having over a decade of restaurant work under my belt it was like nails on a chalkboard to hear the laziness verbalized. Defiantly not worth it. $32 bucks for a full slab of hard ribs paired with lazy service... Na, I think I'll pass.

I did exaggerate on the cost of the ribs so I changed that to their actual price and I was also exaggerating about the "20 employees" at the hostess stand as there was about 5 but in my original complaint is did add (exaggerating some here). I understand that customers get their sauce but maybe on large orders over $100 it would have been nice for someone to offer a larger cup, vs the small small plastic ones so I didnt have to full up like...

She tried to serve someone who came ahead of us and my colleague let her know we were here first and she immediately got defensive and gave us an attitude. We decided due to her response we no longer wanted to patronize the establishment. We asked to cancel our order and she would not provide us with a refund. She then told us to call the general manager the next day and when we asked for the number she said she didn’t have it. When asked how we file a complaint if she doesn’t provide the number and she said we could just call the store tomorrow. We asked for her name to contact the general manager and she refused to give us her name so we could submit a complaint. She was continually rolling her eyes and was very combative. Instead of attempting to rectify the issue and apologizing, she apologized to the men behind us that we had to wait for her. She said she didn’t offer to take the order because she saw us in line as a group ordering with the other cashier even though one of our group had already ordered a meal and paid individually. She threatened to call the police on us and then proceeded to call her manager and tell him we were yelling at her as I asked if she could just provide us with a number to speak to him ourselves. She stated she was a minor and it definitely showed with her lack of professionalism and inability to provide customer service. As a black woman, I will never patronize this establishment again.
