EK Computer, Inc. — Local services in Napoleon Township

While I live in Defiance, my laptop had a dying CPU fan that had to be repaired, and was sent over to the Napoleon store to be fixed. While it took longer to get my laptop back than I anticipated/was hoping, that was of no fault to the store, as it took a full week for the new fan to get shipped in. It's been close to a month now since I got my laptop back and it has been running beautifully and staying very cool. I was also fearing the worst in regards to pricing, but it actually turned out overall to be cheaper than I was expecting.

I've now had two laptops worked on by these guys, both the Defiance and Napoleon stores, and have yet to have a bad experience. They are professional, charge fair prices and do great work, as I have not had any issues with either laptop since they've been worked on. Definitely will be my go-to place when dealing with computer issues...

Took them our Western Digital to download items. It was damaged by one of their techs during the process. They told us to retrieve any of the data it would be $500 our cost to send it to Chicago. The Western Digital was full of pictures, videos, and memories that could not be replaced. Chicago retrieved all the stored data, Chicago then sent it to EK. EK then lost it. Said they looked "everywhere". Avoid this place like the plague. They did refund us the $500, like that...

VERY POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE!! When working on my laptop they replaced my hard drive with much less quality then the one I had and now my laptop does not run. When I asked they said there was a stable state that could have been put in but they didnt offer that to me, when a stable state is what they took out. I have had multiple issues with this company.
