I would like customers to make sure when they order furniture all the pieces are included. Let's go back 2 years when my daughter and son in law ordered a nursery set 3 in 1 convertible crib that goes from crib, toddler to full size bed and furniture to a tune of $9,000. Fast forward to now when the toddler bed is needed and no converter kit included. Now there was packaged materials that were not opened until now and surprise no toddler kit but full size kit. So after reaching out to both Ryan and Jeri, they said they would look into it. We didn't hear from them and had to phone again. Was told it was a separate kit in which we didn't order at the time because we thought it was ordered. I guess everything is separate to order and it would cost almost $500 now for a board. Seriously, why do you get a convertible bed? To go through the various stages. I would also like to include we have spent probably close to $30,000 at this store in total. How disappointing in the customer service, how they handled this and wanting more money which should have been ordered originally when we placed the order. Apparently they don't sell many nursery sets. So buyers beware. Make sure you have all your pieces when ordered and don't find yourself in a predicament like us. First, this was our first trip outside of the "chain" furniture stores. Herron's is the store we always hoped existed. They do not sell chain store, mass produced furniture, in fact, every piece is Amish, made by hand craftsmanship. You choose the wood and the stain color. Your purchase truly is, a family heirloom.

Second, Jeri. The ultimate in a sales representative. She greeted us at the door, and quickly established our interest. Jeri sat down with us and got to know more about our tastes, the way we wanted a dining table that would blend in with our existing pieces, the type of wood we liked and the color. She made us feel like we made a purchase, not that we were being sold furniture.

Jeri was very upfront, explaining the time involved with having a custom, hand made dining room set produced, because of labor shortages, material availability, and an ongoing pandemic.

Our order took six months, during which Jeri called twice to update us on it's timeline. When our dining set was delivered, it was beyond our expectations. The natural imperfections of real wood add to the character of one of a kind furniture.
