Sat down to eat, at the bar, the lady bartender and a waitress were talking loud over the stupid music. Ruined our meal. The waitress was one of those who barely do their job then tell you about their family right as they give you the check, hoping you give them a good tip out of pity or them being nice to you. One of my waitresses couldn't even tell me what things tasted like, she never ate the food there! She just said, "I dunno what it has in it." Another one disappeared after we got our food and couldnt find her for like 10 minutes.
The food is good. But the service sucked. The atmosphere is crappy. I probably will never go back.
I have eaten here about 4 times now - I have driven through on business. Each time was a 2 rating for some reason or another.
How could they improve it? Close the bar. Make it a restaurant. Fire the bartender. Get waitresses that work properly; who see to your needs and remind them that we come for the food not for them. I did not come to the restaurant so she can wait on me, tell me about her personal life, how she is having a bad day, or how many kids she has. Shut-your-mouth, do-your-job. Put Chinese music on! Although the meal was good, it was far from what I've been told to expect. The egg role was bland and tasteless as was the sweet & sour sauce---and I had to argue with the waitress about it coming with the meal. And so brings up the confusion from the menu.    Read moreI was there 9-14-2016 at 3:15 and it was the worst I have had in 30 years. I did complain to the owner Cindy she was very rude to me and I will not go back every again. When Florence ran the store it was a much better place to eat and much more friendly. I ordered my usually and I have always been happy with it but the way I was treated by Cindy I will never return. She argued with me and said she wouldn't replace what I ordered with something else; poor customer service. Very disgusted!
