Well where do I begin. I will admit it is a nice looking trailer, but with the issues and service that only the manufacturer or dealer need to do and When trying to get addressed no one wants to be of assistance, or they say it is your problem. The trailer is a 2014 Quest 305 series , but bought in 2015. After 6 months the axles had to be replaced(defective), screws falling out ,panels buckling inside, the back door and latch assemblies bowing and breaking, leaking inside and lights connected with cheap butt connectors that are ran through the frame rails and corroding and shorting out, the inner fender seams splitting because of the poor craftsmanship and flimsy material(If one of the tires ever lets go(100 psi pressure tire ) it will destroy the fender well and explode it to the inside of the trailer and cause damage to what ever vehicle is inside). Got the trailer back after them having it 2 months and when I hooked up to it it blew a series of fuses in my truck, and proceeded to say my fault. But then go under the trailer and flip 2 wires around on the brakes ( WHY!!!!!!!). Round 2 --Take the trailer to the dealer for some issues (especially the brakes) and still the trailer is leaking. The dealer found a few things on the roof ,but still leaking to this day. Ask them to check and adjust the brakes and do a service (NEVER DID). Had issues with the electrical and the wiring( blamed it on me ) I get the trailer back ,$300 bill, my $700 camera system is fried(every thing was unhooked as for power and grounds). Try to get answers, they blow it off and say my problem. The dealer customer service rep who does follow ups even called and when I explained my results ,she said some one would get back to me. Never happened Round 3 --- Take the trailer to another dealer, still having questions on the brakes. They took a look at them and said who ever put the axles on never did the proper break in procedure and adjustments required by the axle manufacturer.( because the axle company only sets the brakes on the axles and does not adjust them. $500 bill. To this day ,only having the trailer for 18 months and a $ 34,000 trailer, lets see. 1 - it stills leaks, 2 - screws still popping out on the interior and exterior , 3- having issues with the lights replacing the ones that are ran through the frame rails and corroding, 4- Electrolysis the panels on the out side are forming spots from the material not properly prepped. 5- The tires are wearing on the inside half section( due to axles out of adjustment (manufacturer can only do) or they are defective again , because the correct axles for this trailer should be 8k axles instead of 7k. Why would you put 7k axles under a trailer your have rated for 16,800 pounds and is 40 feet long. The owner has been contacted and their service department by my fiancee and the response all i can say is... WOW how rude and unprofessional. The owner was like it is not my problem and pushed it off to warranty and they never contacted me. To this day the service department gentleman has not ever apologized to her for his actions and comments. Keep in mind they have a 3 year and a 5 year warranty on their trailers, and no one wants to do anything about it. I am very disappointed in them. The warranty manager in the beginning even offered to pay for all my expenses to bring the trailer up to them and my return (NEVER HAPPENED), and discussed doing a buy back and that went out the window. Do your homework when looking for a trailer. I use mine to trailer show cars and motorcycles and the last thing I need is something to happen to the cars and bikes due to poor craftsmanship. WELL IT IS FEB 6,2017, AND STILL NO PHONE CALLS FROM WARRANTY DEPARTMENT. I TRIED CALLING THE WARRANTY AND SERVICE DEPARTMENTS AND LEFT MESSAGES AND NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS. THE TRAILER EXTERIOR PANELS ARE LOOKING LIKE SWISS CHEESE OR ELECTROLYSIS IS ATTACKING IT. IF YOU ALL STAND BY YOUR WARRANTY PLEASE PICK UP THE PHONE . YOU ALL HAVE...

DO NOT BUY! Only giving one star because 0 stars was not an option. We have a 2018 ATC Quest which has severe frame cracks around the axle areas and was first discovered in 2023. We had a professional welder fix all the cracks and we were back in business. Now, a year later, it's even worse. We had to park the trailer, as it's not safe to put on the road. We contacted ATC this year for help with the issue. The opinion of 3 local repair shops that have looked at it, is that the trailer frame is poorly designed and constructed. They used a 2" x 8" steel tube for the main frame rail, which has an extremely thin wall, then welded the axle mounts directly to them. These main rails are not strong enough to take the pounding of the axle forces in such a small focused area. Looking at our Intech trailer for comparison, they welded the axle mounts to a long piece of heavy angle iron and then mounted the angle to the trailer frame rails. We believe this spreads out the forces along a large area and doesn't focus all the energy onto a small portion of the frame rail. We don't haul a payload and it's outfitted with some seating and TV's on the wall. Not overloaded by any means. The main rails are not rusted through, either, they have just cracked and collapsed. Our trailer is stored indoors and is maintained very well. We sent many pictures and explanations of what we think went wrong with the trailer. ATC's response was that the trailer was out of warranty and that there are no issues with the engineering design or build of the trailer. Basically, thanks for your money and have a nice day. We told them that we understand that it's out of warranty, but we'd expect a $65,000 trailer frame to last 10 - 15 years or more. As a company, wouldn't you be interested in the failure, so you can prevent future issues for your customer. Nope! They sent us a repair quote for over $25,000, which would replace the failed main support rails with new material. Hello? This a design flaw and it needs to be built differently or it will fail again. ATC refused to give us build drawings, so we couldn't see what materials they intended to use, but the repair quote shows 7ga wall thickness. This is about 3/16', but the rails we could measure are less than 1/8", possibly 1/16" walls. In the end, ATC won't help us and they are not interested in investigating...

Updated June 2025 - I recently required support for routine RV maintenance, and as always, ATC’s customer service team and my dealer exceeded expectations. Their prompt response and expert guidance ensured my Toy Hauler was quickly back to peak performance. At every racing event, my ATC Toy Hauler draws a crowd, sparking conversations with fellow racers eager to hear about its features. The spacious design and exceptional layout make it a standout for long trips, offering unmatched comfort and convenience. My favorite feature, hands down, is the full bathroom—enjoying a hot shower while others are still packing up is a game-changer. I absolutely love my ATC and highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality and reliability!

I recently took delivery of my 2nd ATC, this time a 3619 PLa 700. Compared to most toy haulers, the design and materials crush the competition. We use it for racing and the grease, fingerprints, dirty shoes, etc. all clean up easily. The units all tow well do the the reduced weight. The extra racers needing showers work well with the large water supply, double most of what I see. I often read and hear about support concerns. I have never had an issue with support. If I provide them with specific details, pictures, VIN, etc, any issues have been resolved quickly and without hesitation. Simply put, I love my ATC and all of the enjoyment it brings me. Short list, solar, onboard fuel, generator can run for days, no wood, outdoor line for cooking, huge bathroom and shower, tons of cabinets, multiple beds, 4 racers each have their own bed. Such a great experience to sleep at the track and wake up there while you watch everyone stage, load, unload, etc. Get one, you will not regret it. I will upload better...

Absolutely love the trailer, pulls like a dream. Saved up for over 2 years to get it. Only use it about 6 times a year and its washed and stored after every use. I have a pretty bad issue with my front and back panels rusting, not oxidizing, actually rusting. I paid alot of money for an all aluminum trailer so i didnt have to deal with rust. Tried working through the dealer and ATC ignored them. Went through the ATC website myself and tried to get some help to find a way to deal with the issue and even sent them pics of the rust. They told me its a rare occurrence where metal flecks or metal dust got on the aluminum panels before it was painted and should not have happened. They refused to fix it under warranty and told me the panels could be replaced by the dealer at my cost ( dealer quote was about $1300.00). Wouldn't even recommend any way for me to try and remove the rust. I've taken the ATC stickers off the trailer. I will never recommend them and will never give them a dime of my hard earned money again.
