Kountry Cabinets — Local services in Nappanee

My family and I went furniture shopping at this store this past Saturday. We started looking around. My parents were looking for living room furniture and my family were looking for bed sets for our boys. We were in the store for about 30 mins, passed the front desk 4-5 times and not once were we greeted, asked if we needed help or even acknowledged. We were back by the marble runs, that my son was looking at for his birthday, and an employee walked out of the back room and never asked if we needed help. Needless to say, I am a firm believer that if you can't welcome me to your store, I will not buy anything and won't be back again. We recently decided to invest some of our hard earned money and make some improvements to our home. We chose Kountry Cabinets because we were under the impression their products would be superior to the products Lowe's or Menards had on offer. I am disappointed to say that we were wrong. These are built almost exclusively of thin pressboard much like what you get in Walmart flat-pack furniture. Given the relatively high cost and the disappointing build quality I would strongly recommend you go to the local big box store instead. Beautiful furniture that is made with excellent craftsmanship! I purchased a dresser with mirror, nightstand, chair and a live edge stand up desk! Just as important was the customer service I received as I changed my mind several times which pieces were coming home with me. They listened and guided me through my purchase. The delivery was prompt and the guys were friendly and professional!!! Will purchase from them again in the future!!! Mirror has not be assembled to my dresser yet.
