My husband got me a bike here for Christmas. He was trying to surprise me because the last trek bike I got was when I was 13 and I was in need of a new one considering it was 17 years old. The person sold him a floor model at a discount. That would have been a great $300 savings on the $1450 price tag had it been 7 years ago (it was a 2012 model year!!!) and I was under 4 feet tall. He was completely misled by the sales rep, who told him this was an appropriate size for someone 5 and a half Feet tall! He was obviously trying to get rid of an ancient floor model that no one wanted because it was built for children or an extremely short women. I brought it back to replace it, with the sales receipt. I was sold a 3 year old floor model trek FX that was sized for 5’3” and up. The remaining credit was put towards a helmet that they were selling for an insane $250! I rode it a few times last season missing my old trek mountain bike of my youth. I was somewhat upset the trek quality in this day and age was far inferior to 20 years ago. Riding my “new” bike this season I realized the back break was not even hooked up!! I did not even realize it last year due to the horrible ride the new bike gave me. This bike shop is a complete disgrace. I think even a tech from Walmart would have caught the fact that they never tied in the back breaking! Please shop elsewhere if your a low moderate to half serious cycler. However,if you are happy to pay 3x more for quality and service like you would have got from Benny’s, by all means give this place your business. this will be my last trek bike and purchase because the quality is sub par, and the last and only time I do business from from this...

We brought my bike in without an appointment and were greeted at our car by someone who helped us bring it inside. We were immediately given an estimate of 1 hour to check it over and either replace both tires or get new tubes. 40 minutes later we received a call that it was ready. When we picked it up we spent a few minutes looking at helmets. Someone from the staff came over to help us make a decision. He was very well informed about the differences. Although we didn't purchase one yesterday we will definitely go back in the next week. The store is very clean, large and well organized with an extensive inventory of all different types of bikes at many different price points.
