This company is a home run!! Our company, Gate City Fence Co., has ordered several years from Mint now, and we have been so pleased. As a long time hospitality industry worker, customer service takes high priority to me as a consumer. Tommy, Medina and ALL of the staff we have delt with over at Mint have been kind, considerate when budgeting, communicative and creative! We always receive responses in a timely manner, expectations for timelines on delivery are always clear, and met! The quality of their work speaks for itself, with workers out in all kinds of weather, the screenpinting and embroidery really do last! Before working with them we had used another in Hudson, who seemed bothered replying to an email, and we are so happy to have made the switch! I've used Mint Printworks twice now, and they are simply fabulous. The quality of the printed shirts is great, and they are very friendly and help you to get the best outcome possible. If you pickup in person they'll even let you look around their shop floor/printing area. Pricing is reasonable and about mid-range for custom printing. The fact that they don't charge setup and screen fees is a definite plus compared to others I've used.

My most recent order was at the limit of their minimum turnaround time, but they made sure it got done and shipped to me on time.

Incredible customer service! Courtney and the team are some of the most communicative and compassionate folks I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Not only were my emails responded to promptly, but if I had to call and chat with someone they were SO kind and patient. Furthermore the quality of the screen printed shirts we got are SOOOOO good! Their prices are also much more affordable than online ordering sites like CustomInk or Zazzle. They got them done well beyond our deadline and even offered accommodations for us to pick them up due to our hectic work schedules. I wish I could give more...
