From the moment I stepped into Hounds Town East Nashville with my furry friends, I knew we were in for a treat. Abby and her remarkable team went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of amazing. Their attentiveness and genuine care for the dogs are truly commendable.
One of the highlights of our visit was the consistent updates provided by the team. It was incredibly reassuring to receive updates that not only informed me of how much fun my dogs were having but also highlighted the attention to my dogs' energy levels. Knowing that they were so engaged and interactive throughout their stay, to the point of being pleasantly tuckered out by the end of the day, spoke volumes about the quality of interaction and activity they received.
The facility's use of cameras is a brilliant touch, allowing pet parents like myself to catch glimpses of our dogs' adventures throughout the day. Moreover, the pictures shared on their Facebook page are a delightful bonus, showcasing the joy and care experienced by all the dogs under their roof. It's evident that Abby and her team are not just providing a service but are creating a loving and fun environment for the dogs.
The care and dedication exhibited by everyone at Hounds Town East Nashville are truly remarkable. It's clear they take the well-being and happiness of the dogs very seriously, making sure they're not just watched over but genuinely cared for and entertained.
A huge thank you to Abby and her team for making our experience so memorable. Your passion for what you do shines through in the happy faces of our dogs. We can't wait to come back soon!

Read moreI have been bringing my aussiedoodle here for daycare since last year. Me and my dog Sam both love it there! My guy is an only dog so he looks forward to his Saturday daycare visits to be able to play hard and socialize. He gets excited in the car the moment he realizes we are close and the moment a team member comes to the lobby to get him, he takes off and never looks back! He always comes home so relaxed and such a happy boy. What means so much to me are the people that work there though. It wasn't long before they remembered his name and would greet him coming through the door. A few months ago a team member had showed my partner pics of my dog he had taken during his exit bath there when he was a puppy still and we thought it was the sweetest thing that they enjoyed watching him grow up like we did. There was a time when i dropped him off and I didn't know the specific team member, but she knew Sam and also remembered to ask if we wanted our usual exit bath when I forgot to ask that day. I didn't know her, but she definitely knew us and it felt great! I've also been asked before for proof of his updated vaccines when they've expired. It was great knowing that they keep up with these things for the health and safety of all of their visitors Little things like that are what make us feel good bringing him and knowing that he's in good hands. The owner John is incredibly patient and kind when there are any questions, as well as Dru (maybe the manager?). Truly just a solid group of people here. Do be prepared though that dogs will be dogs and they will stink sometimes bringing them home, especially if they have a long coat. An exit bath always helps with that, and he leaves...
Read moreI just found out about Houndstown maybe 3 days ago and I already know this place is incredible. I have a Doberman Pincher and we have tried a few boarding/daycare places around town. I always felt those places never liked or knew how to work with my high-energetic, 1.5 year old, 97 pound pup and I wasn’t confident in bringing him there. At HoundsTown, I felt the complete opposite. Not only did I get greeted by the owner, but he made me feel like my pup was welcome almost instantly. He took time to show me around, explain how boarding/daycare works, what my dog should expect, etc. I could tell dogs were a passion of his. Upon picking him up on his first day, I was nervous (again, I’ve been told my dog is “too energetic” so I was expecting a bad report) but the gentleman that came out reassured me that he did great with the other dogs and that he very well behaved. Even my dog seemed happier leaving than I’ve noticed at previous places. I left there today feeling excited that we now have a new place where my dog will be taken care of and understood. Can’t...
