I went in several times complaining about pain. Dr. Ngo kept taking my blood pressure and kept putting me on blood pressure meds that kept making me sick. I had high blood pressure due to pain. I kept telling him that. I took it upon myself to go outside of network to a pain center and pay out of pocket. The doctor there then had me take x-rays and diagnosed me with arthritis in my back and knees. That was why I was having pain. Anyone's blood pressure will go up with excessive pain. If the doctor cared enough he would've sent me to x-rays to see why I was having pain. Instead he kept pushing me out of his office with meds that didn't need to be described if he had done his job of getting to the bottom of my pain. To make matters worse they also sent in fraudulent claims saying my OFFICE VISITS were OUTPATIENT HOSPITAL TREATMENTS. First of all, they aren't a hospital, second of all, I was never just a walk-in and they don't have emergency outpatient services. Not sure why they even bill this way. By them billing me this way, they doubled my co-pays. Billing is in the process of fixing it, if they don't I will appeal every one of their claims with Cigna. I have paid the co-pays and they actually owe me money back. If I had known how they operate 6 months ago I would definitely not have gone here. I'm so thankful for the medical professionals that actually care and don't want their patients to suffer. Paying $40 per office visit just to keep getting my blood pressure checked and having the main issue ignored is a hefty price to pay. I'm thankful I didn't have anything worse, not that osteoarthritis isn't bad enough. This doctor would've never seen it if I had stayed under his care. Totally clueless and doesn't care about people. After getting a billing agent to pay attention to my concern it was rectified after they blamed the insurance company for not billing it correctly. I know that the insurance company enters in what is submitted to them. So they can save that argument. They will not have to worry about me as a...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. Scheduled a routine dental check up and cleaning. Waited for over 40 minutes past my appointment time to even be called back. Was told there was not a hygenist there today so could not have cleaning done. Dentist and staff were unprofessional, answering personal calls in the room. Was told I needed to make FOUR follow up appointments (one for cleaning, one each for three fillings). Went to check out and was told they are not doing fillings during the pandemic. Do not waste your time if you can afford to...
Read moreIt’s great that they are offering discount health services for the community. However, the customer service was poor. The dentist was very rude and went out of her way to insult me. I’d rather pay more for better treatment. Very unprofessional staff. They lack informative dialogue and directive communication. I’d...
