Back on 4/12/24, I was heading to St. Louis Children’s Hospital for my daughter’s appointments, and as luck would have it I hit a huge pothole and popped my tire about 2 hours from home and only 30-45 minutes away from the Children’s hospital at around 7am. Gary’s tire got us in as quickly as possible, found a good tire to throw on the car, and got us on our way and we were still able to make it! And while I was willing to pay whatever it would take to get us back on the road, he didn’t try to overcharge, take advantage, or anything of the sort, I believe he actually cut me a huge deal which I will forever be grateful for. I will never forget the act of kindness and even though he’s 2 hours from where I live, he will 100% get my business from now on! And I will recommend him to anyone around the area! Thank you guys...
Read moreWe can not thank Gary’s tire enough for their help and repairs. We broke the all the studs off our rear dully on our Class C motor home. Gary himself came to our rescue on I-64 near New Baden. He loaded our unit, took it back to the shop, and stored it inside their building for safe keeping. Chris at Gary’s tire made all the repairs and did a fantastic job. When we returned to pick up our unit Chris was very helpful in answering our questions and explaining to us all of the work and repairs he did. Thank you Chris! We are very happy with the quality of work that was done. Gary’s tire in Okawville, IL are wonderful people! Thank you, thank...

New boat tires, not balanced even though the greasy felon squad removed led , all 4 tires had different pressure and different used or wrong valve stems. Let alone the felons trying to pick up on my gf while they dripped of grease. Cost us $400 to have someone come out and fix all four tires that never held air. You aught to be ashamed Gary !! Not counting tires on my gf car you couldn't seem to make right. Another expense we ate because of shotty work...
