Gutzler's Furniture — Local services in Nashville

I called Phil to see if he could get us a better price on 2 Lazboy Lancer recliners. he texted me back saying " I'll sell you two lancers with all the bells & whistles for $2199" We thought that was a great deal, so we agreed to order them. However we did not get all the bells & whistles. Both recliners were missing the lumbar option . We certainly would never say we want everything except the lumbar option. The word all means all . We reached out to them to get this corrected but they refused to make it right. Will not do business with them again. Buyer beware !!

We are over THRILLED with our new bedroom set that Melanie helped us find! She was extremely great to work with and understood our style and needs! She had great knowledge on the items. They have amazing brands (better than Ashley in my opinion) We Ordered on a Friday afternoon and received it on a Tuesday, the Delivery and set up as free and took the team only 35 mins to carry the bed frame and a king mattress, end tables, chest and dresser upstairs. Excellent customer service with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Helped myself and my fiance pick out the perfect mattress for us... no pressure to buy anything, just let us browse until we needed assistance with picking out the bedroom set...With the money i saved because they do free delivery at "Gutzler's" opposed to other places that charge $120 per piece of furniture delivered, I was even able to get a recliner, no wonder they've been open for...
