I came across Chromasonic one day In my exhausting search to find someone who could repair my 1960s stereo console radio/record player. With my luck, the best repair service I could’ve asked for was in my hometown a mile away. Dave, the owner, immediately accommodated me and showed deep respect and appreciation for this family heirloom I was trying to restore. Dave’s communication throughout the repair process was outstanding as we spoke over both phone and email and he sent me pictures along the way with explanations of what he was repairing. After putting everything back together at my home, he made a personal house visit to ensure complete functionality of the radio and record player and absolutely guaranteed satisfaction. I am lucky I found Chromasonic to repair my 65" Samsung flat screen TV . One day I was watching TV when the screen turned black and kept power cycling itself. It was only a 5 year old high end Samsung TV and they don't make that model anymore, and similar new ones are much more costly, hence I wanted to attempt repairing it. I called Dave and gave him the model number, he said he can take a look at it and if it's possible to fix he will let me know. I got a call from Dave informing me that he fixed the TV and explained in great detail about what was the problem and how he remedied it. Dave has a very positive and welcoming attitude. We had a fantastic experience with Dave at Chromasonic. Our modern 65" 4K Flat-screen TV ceased to work - just months after the warranty expired.
