When will no stars be an option? I just had the WORST experience at this location. I have been shopping here for over ten years, and besides the typical stalking from employees before spending over $100 during each trip...I could never complain too much. Today was “another story”!!! After searching what seemed like an eternity for two sets of earring packs in a disorganized display, I realized that the only other set that I would by was missing two pairs. I kindly asked a sales associate how I could be accommodated as this was the last set. She asked the manager Elsa, who looked away from her conversation with another employee only to fan her off saying “just give her 20% off”, which would have been fine if th sets weren’t already BOGO 50% off...that means I would have been paying more for two pairs less! When I tried to explain that to her she said she would not give me more than 50% off the damaged item she said “that’s another story”. I am disgusted, and cannot wait to call the corporate...
