This company is filled with wonderful people. I don't understand any of the negative reviews on here. My first experience was with the incredibly helpful woman in the office. She was able to get me squared away over my lunch break with time to spare. The second time I stopped in the office, the owner was in and got my order paid and scheduled. He was also incredibly friendly. Oil was delivered the following day with no hassle. As for today, the day before Christmas Eve, I was told there may not be anyone available to look at my furnace that had stopped running, but to leave my name and number in case anyone had time to swing by. I have been a customer of theirs for over a year. Paul has always been wonderful, respectful and helpful however today I called and I dealt with a non knowledgeable rude person so when i asked to speak to paul because of her inability to answer a question i was being told if i buy a certain amount it was 1 price then for another 40$ it doubled... made no sense. Ive put up with this woman and her rudeness many times and ive had it so i told paul and he got very aggressive and nasty and yelled that it was his wife. Was scheduled for a delivery of coal today and they called at 8:15 to request a re-schedule because their driver got stuck elsewhere. The short section of lawn on my property they would have to drive on is currently dry so i said no i.d like my delivery on time today. I said I'd lay wood boards down so they'd feel more secure and the woman said ok they'd let the driver know. Few hours go by and no delivery so i call back and they say they're not coming today that they called me this morning to cancel. No, the last i was told was they'd call their driver.
