Rosetta’s Pizza — Restaurant in Nesquehoning

I usually get the #1 daily special. 2 cheesesteaks for 19.99. I get a steak sandwich and a chicken cheese steak. A chicken cheese steak and cheese steak are the same menu price and a steak sandwich is .50 less so I've never had anyone say it was a problem. Today I attempted to order it and some girl gave me a hassle and said she'd have to ask Angelo, the owner. I said sure no problem since it's how I always order it. She then told Angelo I said if he didnt give it to me I'd never order there again. Very poor experience and I sincerely doubt if anything will ever be done. To accept that kind of customer service and flat out lies from a worker, to me, is just plain unacceptable....

While Rosettas is definitely one of the better Pizzerias in the area, it is not always consistent. You may order a pizza and a burger one day and have it be a 10/10; but then order the next day and have it be a 5/10. I am unsure what exactly causes this, as it does seem to be the same staff working when the inconsistencies occur. I do think that it may depend on how busy it is, but, again, I am unsure. I will say that when it is good though, it is really good. Far as service, it is decent overall. However, if ordering on the phone, your experience may suffer as they seem to have a hard time hearing you, as well as you hearing them. I still recommend you try their food at...

The BEST Pizzeria Around! Moved to the Area a couple years ago and today Husband and I were working close by, grabbed some lunch at the closest place Rosettas. And all I can say is WOW! We started losing hope on a good pizza parlor in the area. Fresh baked rolls, wonderful prices, friendly owner and employees. Where we live we have only found 2 places that deliver to us up the mountain. Well now it's 3. And they say.. third time is a charm! Well this place is a 24k charm! Grabbed 2 menus to go with.
