Lovely staff the few times I've been there , they were exceedingly helpful and to there best of knowledge informative on products and uses. Store is clean and aisles are free of useless signs etc. Parking lot is easy to access and pull out of. They do have a wheelchair ramp entrance and I believe stairs as well.
