China Wok — Restaurant in Nesquehoning

I have been here every Friday for the past few months. It started out great. I loyve two hours away.im in the area and found this place. Last week I asked for the pepper steak well done. I didn't check it until I got home so my fault. I figured give it another try. Today I ordered the same item. The pepper steak. I asked for it to be well done. check it take it back on. It's pink and mushy. Not even properly cooked. I didn't even eat one piece.i asked for them to cook it a little longer. The man working started screaming at me. Got scissors with his bare hands and touched the food cutting it up. After touching the phone, money. Basically dirty hands. He said call the food safety, call the police. People eat my food like this for 20 years. I said this may be how other people like it but I want my food cooked. He told me to ask the two other customers if it was cooked and the one man said no. He said if you wanted to try it that's all you had to say.im not asking for different food. I'm asking for it to be cooked longer. He said oh so you want it dry. No I asked for well done with extra sauce. He was just screaming. The lady said she would cook it longer. But with his attitude and touching the food with dirty hands no thank you. i had been getting my food from china wok for a few years an never had a problem as much as 1 to 2 a week an it was always fresh an steaming hot when it got delivered,well now the bad part i had ordered from them on 8-13-11 at 6:07 pm an at 7:10 pm i recieved my food an payed the 21 dollars plus 3 dollar tip to come to lansford an my food was cold i could stick my finger in the food an it was cold an the delivery driver was a young man an had a car load of his friends with him so i called an the lady said it was fresh an i disagreed with her an she argued with me saying i was wrong she would not even let me get a word in so i told her i was writing a review saying how disappointed i was an she did not like that at all not even a refund or sorry sir this will be the last time i order food from china wok in nesquehoning pa so the next time you order remember what i had to say an what those kids in the car where doing with the food an if this gets flagged i will write one each time to...

This is the worst chinese restaurant I have been to. And I've been to a lot! Chinese is my favorite food. The customer service was horrendous! The person answering the phone to take my order was rude. I paid almost $40 for everything with a good tip to the delivery driver.
