Bullseye Firearms Gun Vault — Local services in New Alexandria

I’ve now bought 3 firearms from bullseye. The first was over a year ago I purchased a Glock 43X to carry everyday per their recommendation based on basic things I wanted from an edc gun and they were right. Later last year I went in to have a holster made for it because I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted online. They recommended a much less expensive safariland holster they had in stock that adjusted how I wanted it to because it would save me cash and meet my needs. Not a lot of places are customer over profit these days.

This past Saturday on October 18th I went in to browse for a new rifle for deer season and possibly a full size pistol. Not only when I walked in the door was I greeted the guy who sold me my 43X still recognized me after over a year. Great customer service if you ask me. Once I picked my rifle and pistol I wanted (they don’t pressure you at all. Free to respectfully browse) I asked about an optic, a case for the rifle and of course ammo for both. They recommended an optic that again fit what I wanted better and was 100 bucks cheaper than I originally picked (again customer over profit. Badass) once I had everything picked out they even knocked 50 bucks off the rifle to ensure I stayed within what I was willing to spend. (Even if they didn’t do that I would’ve been within my limit by nearly 200 bucks. The gentleman who helped me was aware of my limit and still helped me out.)

I know this review was long winded but the point is these guys have fantastic customer service no matter your budget or knowledge level. Where to start. My first ever visit to this store, and i was impressed! This truly is a gold mine for your gun needs. Whether you are a gun enthusiasts, 2A supporter, hunter, or just getting into the sport. This place has something for everyone. They have a large selection of pistols as well as rifles, and shotguns. New and used. In this day and age where most LGS are trying to survive and get by, by price gouging when possible. This store is very reasonably priced. I really didnt see any crazy prices. I was also impressed on how many accesssories they had. Name brand optics, red dots, flashlights, holsters, triggers, suppresors slings, dust covers, take down pin sets, m lok sets and much much more! The ammo was stocked and competitively priced. They also offer a lifetime warranty on most things in store. The gentleman I mostly dealt with named Joe was fantastic as well. Friendly and very easy to carry on a conversation with. He was super helpful and let me look at anything i asked to see. The store has on site parking, as well as street parking. The store was organized and very clean. The guys out at Bullseye are great. I have done some business with them in the past and returned a little over a week ago. After having a bad experience at different retailer in the area, I reached out to Nathan at Bullseye who promptly picked up the phone and informed me the specific, again specific gun I was looking for was on order would be arriving later that week. I happened to have a day off on Friday and swing by that morning. I entered the business and was greeted instantly walking in by Nate and another gentlemen behind the counter. Ironically they were in boxing that same pistol. I checked it out and decided I wanted it. Let me tell you, these guys are professional, through and through. I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Paperwork and write up was handled by a younger gentleman also very efficient. I mean these guys make it easy to spend money in their establishment. No buyers remorse just a confident buying experience. I was even reminded on the way out that if I have any issues whatsoever to come back and the warranty would be fulfilled by the same guys.
