Expo's Smoke Shop NB — Local services in New Bedford

Well I didn't have the best experience I went in to look for a vape pen and one of the people working was helpful and tried their best but I'm not sure if it's the owner or the manager he really needs to work on his customer service skills. He pretty much cut off the employer that was trying too help me and really rushed me didn't explain things throughly to me and pretty much made me buy something that I did not want he opened it up took it apart and then handed it to me and then told me that it was pretty much Mine and it was sold and walked away. I felt so stuck and embarrassed never ever will I go there again or would I recommend anybody to go there if they're looking for Vapes or electronic cigarettes. They just try to sell you the most expensive thing and instead of explaining to you the dosage and flavors how the product works and if this is the right one they just tell u what they think you wanna hear they really have no idea or the right knowledge to be selling this type of product's in there store. Sorry couldn't give it a 5 star rating this was just my experience and from what I can see the gentleman that runs it just wants you to pretty much Buy...

Great options of stuff for anything THC related, also normal convenient store. Reason for 2 STARS is i bought a vape a week ago, it stopped working and was a bday gift, at first staff was willing to replace it with a new vape within same price range, then i think the owner cut them off and tried telling me they didn’t have e leafs, the main pictures on google for here has a pic of the vapes and i found same one. Anyways i ended up paying another 50 for another one thats 4x less power. I didn’t like how he assumed or made it like i was a liar. I just wanted a working vape. I asked if i can bring back the new vape for refund in case it was a diff store, i went too, (it wasnt) he wouldn’t even let me refund it same day. This is a very good place to stop for tobacco products and energy drinks. It's a lot cheaper than most stores in the city. I can't find Newports at this price anywhere else in New Bedford. Their Redbull is crazy cheap too. I love Expo's, the employees are friendly and help you get in and out quickly. The only thing is some of their other products are kind of pricey.
