This August we just completed a weeklong gathering in Colorado in which we flew Chef Vinnie out to cater a life celebration and friend reunion. His upbeat & friendly personality added a warm & joyous touch to this special occasion. Upon arrival he developed a meal plan with lots of tasty varieties, requesting our feedback along the way. He made things very easy & comfortable for us. It was extremely impressive & fun to watch him in action in our home; he was proficient in every aspect of meal preparations daily! He provided diverse beautiful presentations for each delicious entre, rivaling those of a fine restaurant! An especially notable dish was the Asian shrimp & salmon with a sweet soy glaze over Jasmin rice, absolutely outstanding! Vinnie has left us with a most memorable impression. We recommend Chef Vinnie to everyone! We thank you Vinnie from our hearts for all of the special touches you added along the way! ...

Chef Vince Catered My Daughters Wedding Announcement Dinner Party At Our Home... The charcuterie board , was Unbelievable ❤️❤️❤️.. The MeatBall Course was The Best Since My Mother's that I've Ever Had ( Mom was a Chef as Well ) , ... The Chicken Dish was to die for .. The Pantries Were Simple Delicious.. Vince's Eye for presentation detail is The Best.. Communication before During and After Our Daughter's Special Event was extremely helpful..

I say all of this, just simply.. If You choose NOT to use " A Pinch of Love Catering " for your own event or personal needs; then well, You are Getting a 2nd Place...

Chef Vinnie and his team were amazing!! They put together the best food for my husband’s 50th birthday dinner this past Sunday 8/27/2023). Braised pork with onion gravy (it was delicious and melted in your mouth), chicken with sun dried tomatoes in cream sauce (my personal favorite 🤩), fresh green beans (yum), honey glazed carrots (so good) and a pasta salad that was amazing! And I can’t forget the seafood salad that he made that everyone was coming up for 2nd and 3rd helpings. I can’t thank him and his team enough. Will definitely be calling him again for any other...
