Bojangles — Restaurant in New Bern

My wife and her mother went to this BoJangles yesterday 12/22/18 and she ordered the kids supreme. She got her food and the guy says he will bring me my mashed potatoes. Meanwhile we look for a place to sit and all the tables are nasty. I have to go grab some wet paper towels from the bathroom to wipe our table off. I finally sit down and my chicken tenders taste like day old chicken and my biscuit was hard. 30 minutes go by and I still haven’t received my mashed potatoes. My mom gets tired of waiting so she goes up there and ask for the manager but the employee says the manager is too busy to talk. In the end, I never got my mashed potatoes. Im very disappointed in how our service was today and this hasn’t been the first bad experience. The consistency of bad service here is very alarming for BoJangles. If this keeps happening to others also then this place will lose it's customers base. I always liked BoJangles, but after today I have no desire to go back until I see new management...

Let me start by saying We Love Bojangles! However, we had the worst experience twice in a row, not sure we will return. First we went through the drive thru to pick up dinner. We ordered a eight piece meal. We recieved 5 wings 2 legs and a thigh..... The dirty rice was mushy and more like white rice. We specifically asked for unsweetened tea......it was sweetened so couldn't even drink it. Believe it or not, biscuits were burnt.... It was something like $26. I'll pay the money, but come on! Totally took advantage of the fact we were in the drive through🤔😭 Second experience, same restaurant, a week later.....Went inside😎 Ordered 6 chicken sandwiches. Waited 43 minutes!!!! Had to send someone to the store because the ran out of...

I swear, shame on me. I have said the last two times I came to this Bojangles that I would never come back again because of piss poor service and supply, yet here it is, third time's the charm. I am NEVER coming back to this Bojangles! This is the third time I have been to this Bojangles after 5pm and they don't have anything I want to order! Each time I have asked for extra pieces of chicken and am told that they don't have any right now or they have different pieces ready. When delivering the message the staff doesn't seem to give a damn like it is just normal business and I (the customer) will just have to deal with it and take what they want to give me. Whomever owns this Bojangles needs to step in and right this ship because...
