I purchased fabric and incidentals for a re-upholstery project. I drove almost 2 hours to get there. Young lady that helped me was wonderful but turned me over to someone else which, I believe was where the problem started. When I started on project I realized that she completely forgot one item, cut another to short, zipper was cut halfway through and when I rolled out the ordered fabric there were dirt marks I had to work around and many flaws that I had to repair. I called and spoke with the young lady who had originally helped me and she said, "We will take care of you next time you are here, just photograph everything". When I went back into the store, photos in hand along with receipts for replacing what was wrong, the manager basically said, "tough luck". I will never shop at that store again and would not recommend it to anyone. They clearly do not stand by their products. Worst service I have ever had. I think they should verify price with customer on expensive fabrics before they cut. I believe it was price gouging on the popular gray plaid fabric. I've seen so much less expensive since then.
