Great owner, great staff. (Will give 5 stars after this issue fixed.)
I do have a gripe about the "Superb Whip" white box N20 carts - stock seems old, have got these before from yall. When I bought them myself, was lucky you guys let me exchange them, but they really do need to be marked down to half price.
Past several months, I've ended up with a bunch of these (friends accidentally got bought wrong brand) & every time they come up more than half-dead. It's rough, I've been on the hook for 5-6 boxes of these in the past several months and have 80% of them or worse fail every single time. They're probably expired old stock, leaked out the on the shelf, bad manufacturing. $20 for a case is standard markup - and I pay it to support a good shop - but Amazon has food-quality carts for pennies if you buy more 5-6 cases (2-3 times cheaper.) I can accept paying retail to support the shop, but not when they're this defective.
Each time more than half (12+/24) are dead or have leaked/less than half full when they crack. I'm willing to come crack a case of these in front of you at the store, I realize it sounds like bullshit lol. It's that bad. This box, 5-6 didn't crack/have anything in them at all, another 10-12 had less than half as much in them than they should, and 3-4 were actually right. 3-4. Out of 24. (You guys know me, you've seen us in there a lot. I wouldn't bullshit you.)
Seriously, just either mark down all the blue boxes of Superb Whip and sell them 2-for-1 or give them away, they're wasting your shelf space. Crack a couple at random and test me, 4-5 in each case are prob literally dead and half of the rest prob leaked more than half their gas.
You guys are a great store and I have no doubt you'll make it right, but when the legal shroom gummies are peaking and then the rest of the supplies we stocked for a fun Saturday are defective after hours, it's frustrating. I'm sure you get it. And for the $100+ in N20, I could just get 3-4x more of them off Amazon for better quality, but I'm willing to pay retail prices to support a good shop like yours, esp when stocking on pens, gummies, etc.
I'm confident your awesome service, shop, and staff wants to fix this. Hopefully we can work something out next time I'm in there.
Your shop's standards are def high, so please take this opportunity to eliminate that stack of faulty stock off your shelves. It's a bad customer experience to end up realizing they're 90% duds when we bought a $20 case to enhance 100-200 dollars worth of other stuff we usually buy in the stop to have a fun saturday, & we can't rewind consuming those even if you replace the carts tomorrow.
Please do look into this, it really is a crazy failure rate on these. (Only 3-4 of the 24 cracked correctly, that's a new record low.)

Still my home shop, still can't recommend this place enough, and I only am saying this publicly because this crew always does right by their regular customers when these things come up and that's something worth praise (even if I'm a bit annoyed right now a 2am Sunday morning with defective party favors)
It's not like I want to show up at your place with a box of empty carts acting like I'm owed something free. I've spent thousands there the past year+ - but cracking 3 dead n20s IN A ROW and then 16-18 of them essentially defective was kinda rough :)
Big fan of your shop and I'm def not someone who scams for free shit. But when you spend 100-200 bux on fun stuff and decide to add retail markup carts as enhancer for a fun night with shop products, it's a rough to learn the N20 is defective after consuming the rest and it being too late to fix it. A return a day later doesn't really help it, you know?

Use to spend 60$-120 EVERYDAY but it keeps being so inconsistent I started going elsewhere..maybe bc of employee turn over but there's no reason that a product that is sold at all other shops consistently shld be 5-6$ more here when I tell the clerks what I've always paid ( for over 3 yrs here) I'm told there's been price increase yet I can stop by again only to be charged a lesser amount.
