Had the worst experience with this company they replaced a blower motor at my shop not even a few weeks later it fell bc they guy used old rusted parts then called them about sent out a whole different guy and he wanted to act like we went in there and took out screws. Like really man I run a shop with animals I dont want them to over heat nor do I want my staff he said he had to order parts to fix it I called them a few days later n guy said parts be here Monday on Tuesday a new guy comes out and said the guy ordered the wrong hangers and he has to get new ones bc he wants it to be right when he leaves so still waiting for the new hanger so been a week of run around. Our heater quit Friday night. It was after hours and we thought there was little hope of getting it fixed before Monday. We called Industrial Air anyway and got the emergency number and left our information. In just a few minutes we got a call back that said someone would be out. In less than 20 minutes a tech arrived, diagnosed the problem and said it was the motor. I had been out of state for 3 weeks and had no sooner arrived home than to find out my ac had gone out at my property. It was after hours.
