Midwest Tobacco and Vapor — Local services in New Brighton

Honestly, I started forgetting what good service is going to other shops in the area until I visited Midwest Tobacco the first time. Every time I walk into this shop it's a pleasure. The staff members look HAPPY to be there. They greet everyone immediately (and not phony). The shop is beautiful and clean. They have tons of products and they are aggressively competitive with prices. I roll my own cigarettes and they have the best price I could find on my OHM tobacco and Zen tubes. Ever since I first went there on the second day they opened, I haven't gone to a different tobacco shop..you know, I don't miss walking into other places where the employee is completely indulged in a personal conversation on the phone and ignoring me...and I don't want to feel guilty interrupting an employee's lunch or dinner when they have to get up and ring me up. Very weird experience almost like the female was a traffic victim. So I ask the female lady about delta 8 and I say you look really familiar she said the same to me you as well. Guy came out and her whole attitude changed. I asked her where she went to school and stuff and she was like yeah you don’t know me. Been a loyal customer there for years. Had generally good experiences there and shopped there regularly. Purchased a new e-cig last weekend and found it was not good quality. I attempted to return it 1 day later and was asked to give it more time as it may be user error. Brought it back again as it really is just poor quality and was treated with anger and impatience and told by the salesman "it will come out of my paycheck. Do you want it to come out of my paycheck?" He refused to let me return it or offer me any kind of way to make it right. I am done shopping there.
