Normally I love Culver’s, and this location has been good until my last visit. I got a notification for national burger day. Made a whole trip of coming to this Culver’s and the register person said we couldn’t use the coupon in person and that it had to be ordered through the app. She said we could sit and order in the app and they’d bring it out to us. We scanned the table QR code, and after 30mins total we couldn’t figure out why the coupon wasn’t working. My partner went back up to get some assistance. We were being very patient considering the fact that I was hangry and wanted a burger. They got a management guy to come help, and after calling different people to come help, the true manager came out and told us we couldn’t use the coupon because they didn’t “enroll” in national burger day. So we spent nearly 40 minutes at this point trying to order just to be told we couldn’t do it. He said he didn’t inform his staff that he didn’t enroll in national burger day so that’s why they told us to try ordering in the app. He became very rude and unwilling to come to some sort of an agreement. This is the first time I’ve seen them NOT take a coupon. They take years old expired coupons but not the national burger day one that has literally been advertised online, in ads, and even in our email? You’ve got to be kidding me. We saved our appetite all day in hopes that we could get a good deal and enjoy our meal at Culver’s. We decided to leave and eat somewhere else that was more than welcome to have an appreciative customer. We don’t plan on returning to this Culver’s location. Surprisingly, I think the Brooklyn Center Culver’s is way better and I’ll continue to take my...

Visit #1: went through the drive-thru and ordered a chili supreme. I didn’t receive the supreme mix-ins that I paid extra for, and thought it was a fluke.
Visit #2: ordered the same thing again, they forgot the supreme mix-ins again. Would be nbd if it weren’t an extra charge.
Visit #3: I make a bigger order. I specifically ask that they remember the chili supreme mix-ins because I paid twice for them before and didn’t get them. I also asked for the 2 sets of mix-ins that I paid for but didn’t receive at my previous visits, and the employee confirmed that I’d get them. Result: I received only one set of mix-ins, they forgot my fries, they gave me 8 Original chicken tenders instead of Buffalo (and my receipt says that I ordered Buffalo), and they gave me only one sauce for 8 tenders.
That my order got increasingly messed up when I asked for a prior mistake to be corrected makes me think that the employees here are inclined to retaliate when customers request that previous mistakes are resolved.
This Culver’s is hopeless, and I will never be back just to be...

Culver's used to be our fast-food pick for burgers. Loved the selection of burger toppings, freshness of the food, and of course, the custard for dessert. We recently picked up burgers and fries for a quick dinner, and later that evening, I had stomach pains that devolved into the well-known signs of food poisoning. My husband was sympathetic and we were trying to figure out which food I'd eaten that caused it - we hadn't shared any foods earlier in the day and he was feeling fine, so we figured it was something only I had eaten. Fast forward a few hours and he was in the same position I was in.
This experience literally changed our perspective of food poisoning - it was awful. I can't even think about eating their food without feeling a little ill.
I wouldn't write off the company completely if they'd taken my feedback seriously, but after submitting feedback about this through the Culver's customer service website, I heard nothing back. Zip, nada, zero. Not even an apology. That's their choice to make, and we'll make ours:...
