Be careful buying to this store, the Girl owner was pleasant when I bought my scrubs but never mentioned about No REFUND POLICY. When I get home, it turned out that the color is a lil bit different than the school requirement. My instructor said no I can’t use it. (My fault for not bringing my scrubs with me) knowing this is America, return or exchange or refund should be quick and easy. so, the next day I brought it back to the store with the intention of exchanging to the right color. They do have the right color, but it doesn’t fit me and not for my size. The arguments begins when I said, can I just get a refund?? The owner said no refund and only store credit. I reason out, how can I use a store credit when you guys doesn’t have what I need? I paid $53 for this scrubs that I can’t even use or exchange for the right item. The guy owner said it’s my fault and call me crazy when I ask him if he was on my shoes what will you do? Needless to say, my experience was not pleasant and I wasted my hard earned money...
