Pizza Pal Restaurant — Restaurant in New Britain

Lately the food and service is not worth the trip across town or the $40 plus dollars for a large pizza and a half of grinder! But it's ok...pizza pal is no longer coustomer friendly...food was as terrible as the service! I've been supportive throughout the newbritian community and work hard aswell and am a provider...I too have a family and for my family's dinner to be taken as a joke and prepared without love was a waste of our hard earned money..mind you this isn't just a bad day...and for you as a business owner to assume that someone's having a bad day it clearly says you couldnt care any less about individuals who choose to spend money at your establishment...maybe it's just not as good as it was before when ppl cared! Just because my dinner was terrible doest mean I'm bashing for...

They have great wings & pizza but there service isnt so good. I have been here plenty of times seeing that im only a few mins away . And the last 3 times i have went there they messed up my orders everytime . I ordered a 10 piece wings meal and they were missing pieces . I then went in and told them , they re made the meal and AGAIN was missing wings . Another time my boyfriend ordered plain wings and they gave him buffalo wings . He went inside and told them about the mistake and they then gave him BBQ wings . The THIRD time i went inside and told them he wanted plain wings and they FINALLY got it right . Everyone wearing their masks appropriately which is an extra plus for us. They were very friendly and very helpful. When I got the pizza it was a good size it was heavy with a ton of toppings they are great as far as fresh and plenty. A lot of other places are not giving appropriate portions since this covid scare. It's nice to see when this restaurant isn't doing that. You get what you pay for which is a nice difference. I will definitely go back the only and only and remember the ONLY issue was that the middle of the pizza was soggy but it could be because pepperoni, sausage, and green peppers and bacon could be the issue w that. But tasted amazing with a good price. And kind people. Thanks guys will...
