VFW Post511 — Restaurant in New Britain

It's a large building and seeing only one big meeting room the other night, I can't tell you much about it except it seems to be used by many groups. We heard Girl Scouts or something similar, singing and cheering down the hall. The room we met in had very high ceilings and multiple rows of chairs and Banquet tables along the walls. Google Maps describes it as a bar, and there was a separate entrance that looked like it was for this venue, but not seeing it, I can only describe the space I was in. There is a decent sized hall to rent here. I have attended a variety of functions here over the years. It is also my local polling location during the election season where locally, one would go vote in either a primary or perhaps a general election. Either way, I suspect renting this facility helps our veterans, and that is always a good thing in my book. I just went to Fairview cemetery in New Britain to pay my respects to my grandfather US Navy Captain Submarine world war II veteran and my uncle's who also fought in world war II and all the four branches not a single flag was on their graves disgraceful my father is a member of the VFW in plainville if your responsible for putting all the flags up in the cemeteries in plainville if you guys needed help you should have asked...
