Let me preface this with the fact that I have been seeing Dr. Andre since I was about 5 years old and absolutely adore him. The office staff however is a different story. One lady is super nice and the other is just down right terrible. Our son was born last friday so we called to make our 5 day appointment for him after already filling out all the paperwork and getting everything ready besides the birth date months ago. Dr. Andre did inform us at this time that he may be on vacation which was completely fine but when I called to schedule I got told no by the rude lady at the counter. After calling 4 other pediatricians they all gave us the same answer that since he wasn't in their system he must be seen by our doctor and for newborns they should squeeze him in. So I called back the following day and talked to the nice lady in the office who happily helped us set up an appointment with a Dr. Toper out by the UP Mall who was also awesome and the office staff there were more than happy to help. After the first appointment with Dr. Toper he told us we need to bring him back in 10 days for another checkup. We told him we wanted to use Dr. Andre and he was fine with that so I called again this morning and got the rude lady yet again of course. Was told no to that appointment as well so we called Dr. Topers office and got scheduled in immediately. Lady here acted like I needed to give a one month notice for a baby that was born less than a week ago. When I went for my last appointment Dr. Andre even expressed he was looking for new young patients and couldn't wait to see him. Well needless to say you don't get new patients if you just tell them no everytime they go to schedule. Hurts because Dr. Andre is one awesome doctor but the office staff, one lady cant remember her name, is so sour and offputting it makes the whole practice seem so when I know for a...

Staff and PCPs are wonderful. I haven't seen a PCP since I moved here and finally with insurence I'd wanted to use SBC NC I don't need transport so it's the perfect clinic within walking distance.

My first appointment was today after 14 years. I was nervous and Very concerned but Dr Seluzhitskiy is a genuinely caring amazing PCP, he listens and talked though my biggest issues currently and what he felt was most important to check first. Thank you SBC staff I went into the appointment fighting pain and tears feeling lost on how to handle an issue. Both Nursing staff and my PCP focuses on dealing with my emotional and physical well-being first to get a handle on a 6 month health issue then focused on he wellness check after. Don't go here for mental health care. The ADA accommodation form that Jenny said she would happily help with, was returned to my employer with only the words "severe depression and anxiety," in a space that is large enough to write a paragraph. This offered me and my employer no solutions or suggestions to help keep me employed, which is what the form had asked for through the course of multiple questions. This caused me to lose almost all credibility in my position and I am no longer employed. My panic attacks were chalked up to acid reflux, but they have entirely gone away without going to work which I had said was the cause.
