Debbie is the worst HOA Manager! She doesn't care about the properties she manages! Our small community has had no preventative maintenance done on it all summer. She doesn't respond to requests by residents and hires incompetent people to do the landscaping. The common areas look terrible where they use to look beautiful 2 years ago. So sad to see. I rented a house from this company and would like to warn others before doing the same. First off, they exhibited poor communcation, at times very unprofesional. I would leave multiple messages and never hear back from them. Worse than that, after I moved out, a huge chunk of my deposit was kept despite the fact that I cleaned the house thoroughly.
