Wonderful place... The prices are 'a little_ higher than what I would like to pay, but not much... and the money that I'd spend in a larger store (where you are Only a number) as this is More of a "Mom and Pop" Hardware store,.. and THAT'S bjust alright by "this guy" .... I ALSO like the "Community Events" and so forth... The employees know you by name... It's a really "Nice and Homie" felling when they take the time to ask how you and your "Family Members" are doing... They remind me much of "The Walton's" 'General Store'......

The technician, PJ, took all of 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. He ordered a part, it arrived the next day, and he was able to replace the part - 2 days total.
