Worst cabinets we’ve ever bought! This is the second house we’ve built and these cabinets can’t compare with others we have had. We had not been in our house long when the finish starting coming off of our cabinets. But just not the finish the stain (color) and all, it’s like peeling paint. So spots are visible where the color is gone. Our cabinets look worn. What’s that all about? Why would this happen? I’m not sure what kind of product was used on our cabinets. At one point we had a few doors replaced by the company, just for it to happen again I have tried touching up the issues on the cabinets with stain we were provided and it doesn’t even help. The stain won’t take. After being in our house now for a number of years, we’re now faced with having to do something about these cabinets.......replace or paint!! Not even sure our salesperson is still with the company, but when I think back he was really no help in designing our kitchen....but that’s another story. Our builder directed us to Riverton but I really should have done my homework. Every time I look at these cabinets it makes me sick!!!! If I could’ve given this review no stars...

We recently had two bathrooms remodeled by Riverton and our salesman, designer and installer Steve Hoerres was outstanding to work with. He suggested the most beautiful color called Sandy Bay for our cabinets and it was a perfect finish. The door handles he let us feel in the show room were exactly what we wanted. He was so patient and explained many things about cabinetry we did not know before meeting with him. He showed us many drawings and measurements of exactly how our bathrooms would look. The mirrors turned out beautiful and sink tops were placed perfect on the cabinets he designed. We had an amazing experience working with Steve and we would highly suggest working with him. He was so diligent about getting our project completed and was very informative every step of the way. Riverton is really a great company to work with. I truly believe this company can provide a quality product. However, our quote and project was completely dropped. We had RCC out to measure and quote our project that required not only cabinets but also electrical and plumbing. However, after multiple emails promising a response for those services, I never received a response or quote for the island job I was looking into. Steve often stated his brother in law could complete our plumbing, electrical, and backsplash tile job, but I never heard back from anyone regarding the job. Multiple emails, and nobody ever got back despite promises indicating otherwise. We’ve opted for a different supplier locally. In short, I think they’re presently too busy to keep up with the secured jobs. That would make me too nervous to handover cash for a job they can’t...
