Do not let this firm handle your case. THEY ARE THE WORST. Involved in an accident 2 years ago with an 18-wheeler. Had an attorney here who was fired 3 months after my claim started. I was assigned a new attorney which i didn’t know about until a year later. The firm would not return calls for 2 years. I would have to call over and over and over to receive updates on any type of status on the case. Only got to speak with her 2 times out of 2 whole years. Today was the first day meeting her in person and I am beyond upset that I was offered $10000 with $5000 out to go towards her and walking home with $2500. This place is a scam and run around. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Highly upset that I didn’t follow my first mind and seen a new lawyer a couple months in because It is now too late to have my files moved over. My health insurance was willing to cover some portion of the medical bills because I was insured at time of accident. She tells me I can’t use them because everything was settled in court and checks were already done. like how do you agree and just accept anything without letting me know any information or anything. Did you even go to court! Highly upset. Don’t waste your time here. See womac or Ryan or someone else. I’ve received $4000 settlements for a regular car accident.
