Warhammer — Local services in New Orleans

We came to New Orleans for vacation and our son loves WarHammer we visit one wherever we go. We tried on Wed July 12 th 2023 sign on the door says Closed AC is being worked on. We came back the next day before their posted opening time, saw a worker inside so we waited, and waited. Finally we knocked on the door. AC is still out and they won’t be opening at all til it’s fixed! But we are here and I get it , how hard would it have been to take 15 mins to let the young man get his thing he wanted . With a credit card sale. But make sure you lock the door and go about your day cause it was warm inside. Business must good to refuse a sale and crush a kid! No thanks Man...

Stopped in while on vacation to play and build a little. Ended up staying for hours and came back for another full day to build and play some more. The reason, store manager Chaz. He was a perfect balance of charm, knowledge, and humor. He made excellent suggestions, told wonderful stories, and was over all fantastic. When we go back to New Orleans we will be stopping in again, not only to spend time in the store but to visit Chaz again. You could spend a whole day in the area with phenomenal food options and the store itself is picturesque and in a beautiful...

Absolutely amazing! If you want to learn how to get into Dungeons and Dragons style gaming, this is definitely the place to go! Or, if you are looking for more figures for your collections, sets, etc, this is also a great place to go! Its very tight-knit and the people there are extremely friendly and helpful! I went in there not too long ago with no knowledge whatsoever of the hobby, and came out an hour later with enough info to start playing! They even offered for me to come back the next day for them to teach me how to properly paint/play!...
