Amy guided me through the entire selection process of gems and the unique design of my ring with such expertise and creativity. Her passion for jewelry is evident, and she took the time to understand my vision, transforming it into a stunning piece that I can confidently say is the most beautiful ring I own—rivaling even my wedding set!

The craftsmanship at Symmetry Jewelers is exceptional, and the attention to detail is unparalleled. I left the store today beaming with joy, holding a ring that is not only a celebration of my birthday but also a testament to the artistry and dedication of the team.

I hate to leave bad reviews, especially when everyone else reviewing seemed to have the opposite experience as me. In fact, the reason my soon to be and I chose this place as the first stop to look at rings was because of all the good reviews it had. The selection was great, I'll happily say that I even found a band that I really liked. That's the only reason it got two stars and not one. But frankly, the service we received from Rebecca was a horrible experience for us. Considering this is my first marriage/engagement (and hopefully my only) we had a lot of questions, all of which she rolled her eyes at and made sarcastic remarks about. I asked about putting in different stones other than diamonds and she said she would tear her hair out if she had to do that. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, like maybe she was having an off day (my boyfriend has been in sales for years) so we tried to ask leading questions to give her a chance to rectify the situation. Frankly, it only got worse. She never asked us our budget, which was over $2,500 btw (sorry you missed that commission), and she treated us as if we were something stuck on the bottom of her shoe. I will absolutely not...

This jeweler has some of the most beautiful and unique contemporary pieces as well as an extensive collection of stunning estate jewelry. You’ll want everything in there! They helped me with two separate repairs on cherished pieces. In both instances the price was beyond reasonable and they had it ready well in advance of the promise date. I can’t speak enough about their kind demeanor and professionalism- they are so down to earth and approachable!!! Their wonderful reputation is well-earned, indeed! Amending this review…. Resetting and reworking family pieces can be hard and confusing. Richard and his team at Symmetry could not have been more helpful. They offered the most creative and classic solutions.
