Great store with very hard working and friendly employees, including Fauth and Ariel. Great selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. In can get about 90-95% of what I need there and always try to get some European chocolate, kombuca fermented drinks good for my gut, pasture raised eggs reasonably priced, and grass fed ground beef. I don't understand why so many people opt for the self checkout because in think it's slower and you don't get to interact with the nice employees checking. My one slight complaint is the automated belts that move your groceries to the checker. They make it harder to put your groceries on the belt, and sometimes the guy moving your goods through the scanners loses track of what you're doing, and it's frustrating trying to keep up. Bring back the manual foot pedal controls! "Automatic " isn't always better. Overall, they are a great store, but don't forget your quarters for the cart or big reusable bags. Or you can grab one of the many cardboard boxes readily available throughout the store. Very minor inconvenience, and often people leave the carts in the parking lot " paying it forward " and not retrieving their 25 cent deposit. You'll save lots of $$#$ and eat...

I purchased three bags of potato chips for a work event and after leaving the store, I realized the combo bag would have been a better buy. I took my receipt and the chips I just purchased back into the store to do an exchange. Instead of making the exchange, Karlena proceeded to state "I hope YOU know we now have to throw the bag of chips away because they already left the store. Will you be keeping them and will you be purchasing the variety bag as well?" I kept the bags and bought the variety since the variety is what was really needed. I thanked her for the guilt trip and left the store. What a store does with merchandise after it's been returned is of no business to the customer nor should customers be made to feel guilty into keeping items they ended up not needing. This experience has left a sour taste and perhaps management can come up with other methods of informing the public as to what they do with returned merchandise instead of having employees guilt customers into keeping...
